Type an event code into palplayer and it pulls the event’s signs, sessions and sponsor loops straight from venuepalpro — lobby walls, breakouts and wayfinding all match the plan, automatically. Our own hardware finishes the run: set a screen up over one cable, hang it on the wall, and it wakes into the right sign on its own.
CSV walks in and out of both gigpalpro and venuepalpro, calendar feeds flow into gigpalpro, and every list prints. Export from one side, import into the other — no re-keying whole lists.
